Eubiq Electricity Track - Move Your Stuff Around With Ease

How many times have you been forced to arrange your kitchen, bedroom, living room (any room really), based on where the electrical sockets are? And how about those rooms that only have TWO? I mean, this is 2007, surely we have more than 4 uses for an electrical socket. And power strips are not the most attractive (or safe) option.

Not that this is necessarily "attractive," but it sure is a novel solution. Once you install Eubiq's electricity-supplying tracks in your room of choice, simply plug your appliances into the corresponding plugs and move your junk around with ease. The tracks are available in lengths up to 3.6 meters, and can be wired with a voltage of 110V or 230V.

Made in Singapore but available internationally, this system is especially helpful in office environments.

An Onymous:

My parents built a house in 1980 and similar systems were available then. They did not opt for it (too expensive, no real need) but it was fun to peruse the catalogs for fancy gadgets (home automation, central vacuum cleaners, etc.)

Rouke:

It's not stylish and I question if it's savely developed, but this could be a pretty good solution for spaces that often or sometimes need a bit of equipment relocating..
I would use it for 2 spaces [if i could build/buy my dreamhouse that is..]
1: my large kitchen.
2: My stylish furnished, über entertainment hall 50X40 sq.Metres
3: My battery's equipment "closet" ;P
